MStips - Printing in word

Printing makes a hard copy of a document.
You can use Quick Print to print the current document with the default settings.
Your computer must be connected to a printer if you want to print.
To print you click the Office Button, point to Print, and click Quick Print.
You can use Print Preview to display the document you're about to print.
